Bulking up. Today: triceps

We are witness of an impending mammoth bodily change. I have actively started doing push-ups in the morning and even try to complete a sit-up once in a while. Only to realize it’s the triceps I should harness.
Accordingly to - my only copy - of Men’s Health, “Triceps constitutes 70% of your arm’s muscles”.
This I told her in plain Swedish across the desk, but tried to decrease the pronunciation of 'triceps', hence it kind of reveals the topic of discussion (I feel very shy about my workout, I – will – let the pending guns do the talking).
But she never understood my smooth hint and yelled across the desk “Did you read that in Men’s Health?!”.
Go, curtain - aaand - fade to black.
